Whether, it is self-criticism, procrastinating from doubt or fear or laziness, being hot headed, or anything else, you have learned it. You have learned many non-supportive, negative habits that govern much, if not most of your life.
You've also learned and created positive habits that support you. You have both. They're automatic. Which you live from the most is what your life experience is like. Get it? You live from your conditioning.
YOU are actually beyond the conditioning, but you live from whatever you do or use, automatically, or consciously, most often. Your habits determine the quality of life you live.
The great news I bring to you is: because you have learned these, because you have learned anything non-supportive, you can learn any new positive behavior, thought or feeling instead! You can learn to do new things.
In this program you will learn to re-write your non-supportive, habitual programs. You will create new positive supportive habits and wire them in so the become the reliable automatic habit programs you live from! You transform your life in this way to discover all sorts on incredible and amazing opportunities and experiences.
One aspect of this training is to learn to recognize and utilize 'negative feedback'. That does not mean negative as in bad. Negative feedback actually is feedback that alerts you to what is wrong, when you are off course, so you can correct and continue to move forward.
Without using this innate ability to correct, you continue to do what you always have. That is why most people don't make progress. They keep doing the same thing. Have you?
You want to learn to recognize the alert signals so you can make a positive correction. The dashboard of your auto has alert signals, dashboard indicator lights. These light up when there's an issue so you can have it looked at and fixed.
We work in a very similar way. The alert makes you aware that something needs attending.
Our feelings are indicators, or alert signals, to where we are off course. They get our attention so you can shift to get back on course. You aren't meant to get stuck or stop, but many people do. Have you?
Most people misinterpret the alert signal and end up stuck with it. They perpetuate the problem instead of finding the solution. They struggle with fear, guilt, resentment, anger, doubt, anxiety instead of moving forward into something better.
You have the alert signal to make a change! Not to stick with it.
In my program you'll learn how to correctly identify the alert signals and keep moving forward. In time you will create this as positive habits. Eventually you'll find yourself running auto-correct on them.
In this way you use your natural processes to serve you instead of fighting against them as most of us have been previously conditioned to do. You stop fighting and resisting. You transform and evolve yourself.
During the course I approach this in a variety of ways. Often indirectly, but also directly. The key for you is to learn you don't have to be stuck any longer. You can flourish and thrive.
When you're relaxed, at ease, yet confident and authentically you everything becomes much, much better!

One of the biggest takeaways from my program and instruction is learning when to use, and what the conscious mind is for, and when to use, and what the non-conscious mind is for. Your conscious mind is good for some tasks but not all.
Most people try to change their thinking, feelings and behaviors, their circumstances and their results consciously. You can't. That is not how it works.
You make positive changes by relying on, trusting, and giving your problems over to the non-conscious or subconscious mind. It is the 'servo mechanism' designed to work for you.
Trust it to do all the work. Trust is a huge ability, or attribute, to acquire. During the program you'll learn how to develop this trust in yourself.
The fact is, you can't even pick up a morsel of food consciously. Your conscious mind wants it, but your subconscious does it for you. It runs the entire show.

Some programs state, you 'must take massive action'. Truth be told that works for a handful of people, some of the time. Most people make a gigantic push. They get all pumped up and filled with adrenaline. When the 'high' wears off so does their action. They quit and say 'it didn't work.'

First. Less is more.

Some people can bootstrap it and take massive action. Some can get all fired up, or use pain as a motivator but if you can't that's the reason for it. You aren't meant to. We typically avoid pain. If something is painful to do we usually stop doing it.

Third. Let's get back to winning!
When you take enough small baby steps consistently, in the right direction, you can reach the top of Everest. Drop by drop the tub gets filled. You eat an elephant one bite at time not all in one giant gulp. Understand?
I share with you, and show you, how to get more done in less time by actually doing less, not more. Once in a while a massive effort is useful but not to live your life by. Instead learn how to chunk things into small, winnable bites, that you can easily do, and then you will do it, because it feels good. Because it feels good, and is easy and tiny enough, you will continue to do more of it. See!
Try to do too much and you won't. That's why many people procrastinate. Procrastination is its own reward. You put off doing things you should do to feel better in the moment. People look at a task, it appears overwhelming, so they don't feel like doing it. They quit or put it off.
If you chunk it down into appropriately sized bites, that you can easily do and be done with, within a realistic timeframe, you feel good. You did it! You can count that as a win. Because you rewarded yourself by feeling good at getting the small task done you are much more apt to continue. Pat yourself on the back and repeat later.
Why my program works is because I share with you tried and true practices and principles from ancient to modern times so you can feel good, feel like a winner, and win all the while you do the program. Winners, win!

You don't want to get lost in steps, and processes, recipes and forumlae you have to struggle to keep in your mind and apply.If you can't easily remember it and apply it, you won't do it. Few do.That is why I give you the best methods and practices for learning it and remembering it, and for using it and mastering it. I want you to accelerate your learning so I appeal to your whole brain. I want it to stretch you, of course, but be easy to remember and apply.
Fifth. Consistency and repetition are important for change. If you want to learn to juggle, swim, knit, drive a car, read and write then you know it requires repeated practice until you are able to do it unconsciously, reliably, automatically and habitually. Until then, it is tough but eventually with enough practice you can do it with little thought or effort. My program is designed for you to learn and apply these principles so you master them. You learn to create and wire in new positive supportive habits and abilities all along the way.
And lastly, for now, you want it to be enjoyable. You don't want it too hard, to have too many moving parts, to be boring or painful. Certainly, you've taken some tough classes or had tough teachers who made it difficult to learn. The journey should be enjoyable all along the way. I want you to win. I want you to feel good. How A Student Transforms Herself
"Ever since joining Mind Design over a year ago, I’ve noticed the changes in me; bit by bit, drop by drop. My inner voice has changed from the whisper of “never good enough” to normal tone of “I’m good enough” to bold voice with confidence “I can do anything”.
I noticed having a secondary voice inside my head. No not that! I don’t think I’m schizophrenic. ;) I constantly hear that second voice reminding me to correct or improve my action or thought process.
I now realized the echo inside my head was like having the Jedi master REX on my side coaching me. Through time, patience and practice in Mind Design, my thinking somehow has altered and from reading Rex’s daily Mind Design post in our support group, those printed words miraculously transformed my daily habits. His words of wisdom become my inner voice to help design my mind to be an even better brain edition than before. So? Into the Now, on to the present.
There’s no freaking possible way I could have gone through my recent tornado disaster with sanity. Instead of becoming the victim of any circumstances, no matter how big or small, I’ve changed my word and transformed my thoughts.
